It looks like everyone will get to see Love and Monsters, originally titled Monster Problems, a little sooner than planned. The Hollywood Reporter announced that the movie’s release will move up a few months for a digital release. Originally set to release in theaters February 12, 2021, Paramount has decided to release the movie October 16 via premium video-on-demand. The PVOD rental price is set at $19.99 for 48 hours, and an early digital purchase is $24.99.

Love and Monsters stars Dylan O’Brien (Teen Wolf, The Maze Runner), Michael Rooker (Guardians of the Galaxy), Jessica Henwick (Game of Thrones), Melanie Zanetti (The Bureau of Magical Things), and Ariana Greenblatt (A Bad Moms Christmas). The movie is a journey to love set during a monster apocalypse. Joel Dawson (O’Brien) faces the world of monsters to get to his love Aimee (Henwick) with the help of new friends and expert hunters. And there is a dog, which is always a plus!
