Joining the DC Universe and the Black Adam film is Noah Centineo (To All the Boys). He will be starring aside Dwayne Johnson as Albert Rothstein, also known as Atom Smasher, a hero with the capabilities to alter his molecular structure. So, yes, he can change his size like Ant-Man.

If the story is going to follow the comics, Centineo’s character forms a rivalry with Black Adam, and they both leave the Justice Society of America. They end up teaming up and causing havoc and seeking revenge on those who wronged them.

Otto Binder and C. C. Beck created the fictional character of Black Adam as an enemy of Shazam and the Marvel family. He is a corrupted anti-hero that was reintroduced in the 1990s by DC comic book writers. Like Shazam, his powers come from saying the word “Shazam.” By saying that, he gets particular abilities like “the stamina of Shu, the swiftness of Heru (Horus), the strength of Amon, the wisdom of Zehuti (Thoth), the power of Aton, and the courage of Mehen. He does not draw powers from Shazam due to the demoness Blaze making a deal with the Egyptian god Set.”

Black Adam is currently supposed to be released on December 22, 2021. It is not known yet if that will change at all due to the pandemic.
