DC FanDome Free Virtual Convention Announced for August 2020

DC fans mark your calendar! Warner Bros. announced that they are hosting a free 24-hour virtual convention called DC FanDome! It takes place on Saturday, August 22, 2020 at 10:00 PDT and features the whole world of DC together in a literal huge virtual dome with something for all ages and fans.

The center of the DC FanDome is the Hall of Heroes, with satellite communities of the DC WatchVerse, FunVerse, InsiderVerse, KidsVerse, and YouVerse where fans can experience special programming from DC Games, comics, TV series, and movies. This is a convention for the fans with localized content, different activities, and ways to explore, create, learn, and hear from comic book writers, gamers, cast members, show runners, artists, animators, and many others. There are likely to be fan favorites from movies, television, and comics like Aquaman, Arrow, The Batman, Batwoman, Black Lightning, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, DC’s Stargirl, Doom Patrol, The Flash, The Suicide Squad, Supergirl, Titans, Watchmen, and Wonder Woman 1984. Fans have also eagerly awaiting the trailer of the Snyder Cut of Justice League, which may just make an appearance!
