The virtual conventions keep on coming!

With the COVID-19 pandemic happening and many states under orders to stay home, more and more events are favoring virtual versions of our favorite conventions. LeftField Media announced on April 27, 2020 a jam packed schedule for its first virtual convention called Awesome Con Online, instead of Awesome Con, which was postponed to December 11-13 per one of our previous articles.

The virtual convention will be taking place this weekend Friday, May 1 through Sunday, May 3, 2020. With support by Oni Press and Third Eye Comics, LeftField Media promises three fun filled days with panels, vendors, merch, movie watchalongs, and celebrity live chats among many other amazing things! If that isn’t great enough, artists and guests are participating for free and any money made through merchandise, pledged donations, or autographs will benefit The Red Cross.
