On Friday, April 3 The Prince of Egypt musical Original Cast Recording will be released for digital download and online streaming.
The Prince of Egypt musical opened on London’s West End on February 5 and tells the biblical story of Moses. Unfortunately, performances are currently cancelled indefinitely but starting Friday, you will be able to appreciate the talent of the wonderful cast and composer, Stephen Schwartz, who have put so much effort into this new musical.
The album will include numbers we all know and love from the original 1998 animated film such as “When You Believe,” “Deliver Us,” and “Through Heaven’s Eyes.” It will also give everyone a chance to hear the original songs written for the musical, such as “Never in a Million Years” and “Footprints on the Sand.”
