Disney and Pixar’s ‘Onward’ to Release Digitally Tonight; on Disney+ April 3

Big news coming from Disney and Pixar today — their newest film, Onward, will be available digitally and on Movies Anywhere beginning today at 5 p.m. PST/ 8 p.m. EST and on Disney+ on April 3 in the U.S., according to D23.

The film premiered in theaters on March 6, and with cinemas currently closed due to COVID-19, Disney will offer the film ahead of schedule to own on digital platforms in the U.S. beginning today at 5 p.m. PST /8 p.m. EST for $19.99.

The film features the voices of Tom Holland and Chris Pratt. The film is set in a suburban fantasy world, with two teenage elf brothers – Ian and Barley – who embark on an extraordinary quest after being given the chance to spend one more day with their father.
