The official trailer for the second film reimagining of Noël Coward’s 1941 comic play — Blithe Spirit — has been released!
Blithe Spirit follows the story of Charles Condomine (Dan Stevens), a crime novelist suffering from writer’s block, who has been married to his current wife, Ruth (Isla Fisher), for five years. A séance held by a spiritualist medium, Madam Arcati (Judi Dench), turns Charles’ life upside down when the spirit of his deceased first wife, Elvira (Leslie Mann), is accidentally summoned.
What’s a man to do when the jealous and determined spirit of his ex-wife is on a mission to send him to an early grave so they can spend the rest of eternity together?
