On Sunday, January 12, fans watching the UK show Dancing On Ice were given a sneak peek of the new musical, The Prince of Egypt. Dancing On Ice sees celebrities paired with professional ice skaters while they compete to win the trophy.
The cast of the musical sang the well-known song “When You Believe” while the professional ice skaters performed a stunning routine. The song was led by Alexia Khadime, who will play Miriam, and Christine Allado, who will play Tzipporah.
The Prince of Egypt is a new musical based on the beloved DreamWorks Animation film. It tells the biblical story of Moses as he transforms from a prince to a shepherd who must lead the Hebrews out of Egypt. It opens in London’s West End on February 5 at the Dominion Theatre.
