Catch a Special Look at Natasha Romanoff in a New ‘Black Widow’ Trailer

We’re only a few months away from this year’s first movie in the ever-extending Marvel Cinematic Universe. With Black Widow, one of the original Avengers will finally get her own solo movie: Natasha Romanoff (played by Scarlett Johansson) a.k.a. Black Widow. While her fate was more or less sealed forever in Avengers: Endgame, this movie will actually take place after the events of Captain America: Civil War and explore more of Natasha’s background and include characters and people that shaped her past.

Next to Scarlett Johansson, the movie will also feature Stranger Things star David Harbour as Red Guardian, current award season favorite Florence Pugh as Yelena Belova, another Black Widow, and Oscar-winner Rachel Weisz as Melina Vostokoff.

After fans have already had their first glimpses at the film in several teasers, on posters and released stills, and this new exclusive look shows the audience another idea of what to look forward to. The footage shown on ESPN gives some details on the relationship between Natasha and Yelena, and gives another sneak peak at Taskmaster (and his very Captain America-esque shield).

Conny joined her first fandom at the tender age of three and somehow never stopped finding new things to obsess about and love. Her current love is everything Marvel, especially two characters who tend to be frozen at one point or the other. From Drag Race to Harry Potter or musical theatre, as long as it makes her smile (or cry), it’s probably her thing.
