Fresh off the release of their 6th studio album Sunsets & Full Moons on November 8, Irish band The Script have released the official video for “Run Through Walls.”

The Script released the video for the third track off Sunsets & Full Moons on January 10. The video opens with lead singer Danny O’Donoghue seated at a table singing directly into the camera, instantly setting the emotional mood for the remainder of the song. “Run Through Walls” is a song dedicated to the friends that stick with you through good and bad, heartache and love — the friends that are there through thick and thin, no matter what life throws your way.

For so many this song is a reminder to be thankful for the people in your life that stand by your side and are there for all the moments in your life, not just the good ones. The friends who know you better than you know yourself and are there to “say the words that save your life.”

The title “Run Through Walls” is describing the lack of any barrier when it comes to true friendship. A friendship so strong that no wall could stop them from being at your side when you need them most. The video is a compilation of scenarios in which this love and devotion are shown, not based on age or situation, but based on the theme that true friendship can get you through anything in life. The video does not focus on all the hard times, but also shows the true beauty of laughter and love between people.
