The New Year’s Eve fireworks celebration will start at 11:45 p.m. ET on December 31 and will display the parks “Fantasy in the Sky” show. The show will be presented right in the middle of the Magic Kingdom in Florida. Be sure to tune in a couple of minutes early as they will be sharing some exciting highlights about what’s to come from the parks in 2020 — with loads of new attractions, restaurants, and events, coming to the Walt Disney resorts in 2020. Here are of few things happening in the New Year.
Be ready to join the Resistance, coming in January 2020, help the Resistance defeat the First Order in an epic battle based ride at Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. In February 2020, the Magic Happens Parade with stunning floats, gorgeous costumes, and beloved Disney characters all led by Mickey and his friends. The parade will be going through Main Street USA and include new floats based on films Moana and Coco. Coming to Disney California Adventure Park in the summer of 2020, you will soon be in the world of The Avengers. Park-goers will be recruited to become the next generation of superheroes at the Avengers Campus.
