‘Supernatural’ Looks Back at the Past 15 Years in New Trailer for Last Season

It’s something the SPN Family has been dreading for years now, especially the last six months when it was announced season 15 of Supernatural would be the last. Counting down to the show’s final season premiere, The CW has been reposting previous season posters. Now, they’ve put together a video celebrating some of the biggest moments in the show’s history.

With the Guns N’ Roses song “Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door” playing in the background, some clips used include the season 8 finale when the angels fell, Castiel’s memorable introduction in the season 4 premiere, Dean hilariously screaming at a cat in “Yellow Fever,” Deanmon, Amara, Jensen Ackles lip-syncing “Eye of the Tiger,” Jensen and Jared Padalecki’s “Chippendales” gag reel, and a 4-year-old Dean saying good night to his baby brother.

Season 14 ended with Chuck/God killing Jack and unleashing souls from Hell, welcoming the boys to “the end.” In a recent trailer for the season premiere, the Woman in White from the very first episode of Supernatural made an appearance, so it’s a given that this season will be a trip down memory lane. So far, Ruth Connell, Osric Chau, Shoshanna Stern, and Jake Abel are set to return. Angel alum Christian Kane will also be making a guest appearance.

Check out the final season premiere of Supernatural Thursday, October 10 at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT on The CW. After every episode this season, Nerds and Beyond will be going live on our YouTube channel, discussing the episode, doing giveaways, and more!
