During the Disney Animation Studios panel at the D23 Expo today, new details on the highly anticipated Frozen 2 were released.
Joining the cast are Evan Rachel Wood as Anna and Queen Elsa’s mother Queen Iduna and Sterling K. Brown as Lieutenant Matthias. It was reported that Queen Iduna will be appearing in flashbacks and will feature Wood singing a lullaby to the sisters as children. Favorites Kristen Bell, Josh Gad, Idina Menzel, and Jonathan Groff will all be reprising their roles as well.
One of Elsa’s new songs was also revealed as being titled “Into the Unknown”.
On top of these new details, a new poster also was released which you can see below!
Frozen 2 is set for theatrical release on November 22, 2019.
