Star-Studded Cast For Rian Johnson’s ‘Knives Out’ Announced

Chris Evans, Jamie Lee Curtis, Daniel Craig, Don Johnson Michael Shannon, Ana de Armas, Toni Collette, Lakeith Stanfield, Christopher Plummer, Katherine Langford and Riki Lindhome – this collection of names sounds more like an attendees list of a big Hollywood event or award show, not like the cast for a new movie. But according to exclusive reports from ScreenRant, this list of actors have been cast in Rian Johnson’s new movie, which will be titled Knives Out.

Johnson has been part of a number of prestigious projects in the past couple of years, including Star Wars: The Last Jedi, Looper and is rumored to work on on more films in the Star Wars universe in the future. Knives Out was filmed in 2018 and is described as a modern murder mystery with classic elements of a “whodunnit” plot. According to IMDb, it will tell the story of detective investigating the death of a patriarch of an eccentric, combative family. The only other information that has been revealed is that Daniel Craig plays the role of the detective in the movie and Christopher Plummer plays the victim.

With an impressive cast like this, hopefully soon there will be a teaser or trailer to get us excited. The film will be released November 27.

Conny joined her first fandom at the tender age of three and somehow never stopped finding new things to obsess about and love. Her current love is everything Marvel, especially two characters who tend to be frozen at one point or the other. From Drag Race to Harry Potter or musical theatre, as long as it makes her smile (or cry), it’s probably her thing.
