Nerds and Beyond will be joining thousands of fans at the 15th annual Animaritime, which is an anime, Magna, and gaming convention located in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. The convention goes from Friday, June 28 to Sunday, June 30.
There will be a lot to do at Animaritime, including gaming tournaments, workshops, visiting the artist alley, discussion panels, fan-related events, and more. Convention goers even have the opportunity to enter an animation, art, and fanfiction contests, and the winners are announced during the weekend. And that is not mentioning all of the fantastic cosplay there will be to see from all the different fandoms.
As for guests, so far there is a special guest that has been announced, Kim Chi who is known for anime style and was a contestant on RuPaul’s Drag Race. Kim Chi will appear at three events; including the Animaritime 2019 Drag Spooktacular, where Kim Chi will be doing two dances, along with talented local drag performers. Further guests to be announced soon.
