We are halfway through the year and have seen some exciting releases — both new and long-awaited sequels — and it doesn’t look to be slowing down.

Regardless of the platform you use, PlayStation 4 (PS4), Xbox One (XBO), Nintendo Switch (NS), Computer (PC), etc., there is a game for you to enjoy playing.

To keep track of all the new video games, here is a list of anticipated video games to be released in June.

June 4

The Elder Scrolls Online: Elsweyr (PS4, Xbox One, PC)

In this chapter of the Season of the Dragon year-long adventure, the dragons return to Tamriel and players defend and explore the Khajiiti homeland. Players also command the power of death and the undead with the Necromancer powers. The death powers include: grave lord, bone tyrant, and living death.

Kotodama: The 7 Mysteries of Fujisawa (US) (PC, PS4, NS)

“Everyone has a secret. Everybody has a dark side.” In this single-player role-playing game, players investigate the seven secrets in Fujisawa Academy. Using powers, solving puzzles, and battling characters, players find what they need to solve mysteries.

Warhammer: Chaosbane (PC, PS4, XBO)

In a war-torn world that has been taken over by magic, players face the many Chaos hordes, gods, and monsters. There are four characters to choose from, each with their own class and weapons.

June 7

The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel 2 (PS4)

In this sequel, one month later, Rean is in his hometown, soon after Princess Alfin and his sister Elise are kidnapped. Players must save them and put an end to the war, while certain events and choices players make give different outcomes.

June 14

World End Syndrome (PS4, NS)

This is a visual novel, where the player’s interactions with the other characters changes what happens and how the story will end. Players play as the troubled male protagonist, Mihate-chou, who moves to a new school in a quiet seaside town.

June 18

Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night (PC, PS4, XBO)

Set in 19th century England, players play as Miriam, a character with an alchemist’s curse that has demon crystals taking over her body. To save herself and humanity, players have to fight through the demon castle and defeat Gebel.

June 21

Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled (PS4, XBO, NS)

Crash Bandicoot and his team are back and ready to race. Players have to avoid obstacles while on the various tracks to reach the finish line.

June 25

Judgment (PS4)

This legal thriller is played from a third-person perspectiver. In the red light district of Kamurocho, private detective and disgraced lawyer Takayuki Yagami investigates a serial murder case, takes down thugs, fights, and investigates corruption.

Monster Jam Steel Titans (PC, PS4, XBO)

Players can choose from 25 monster trucks to use in a stadium or outdoor racing. Players can train, wreck, perform stunts, and listen to the cheering crowds.

Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden (PC, PS4, XBO, NS)

Red Plague and global nuclear war have made humans almost extinct or turned into mutants from the radiation. Players sneak in the shadows to catch enemies unaware and explore, choosing from many characters, each with their own personality and weapons.

June 27

The Sinking City (PC, PS4, XBO)

H.P. Lovecraft inspired this mystery horror game that is set New England, where a massive flood has the citizens in panic. Players try to uncover the mysterious events that caused everyone to go mad as 1920s private investigator Charles W. Reed. Players must use a boat to find dry land and can swim if needed, but the water is infested. The outcome of the player’s journey can be decided by how observant the player is when looking for clues and evidence.

June 28

F1 2019 (PC, PS4, XBO)

Based on the 2019 Formula One World Championship, this racing game will focus on the careers of Alain Prost and Ayrton Senna. Players can create sponsors, do interviews, design cars, and race to win against other people.

Super Mario Maker 2 (NS)

“Let your imagination run wild.” This sequel game has new courses, tools and features, allowing players to make courses, themes and break all the rules. Create the Mario world of your dreams and publish it to the internet for others to enjoy.
