Originally aired on Nickelodeon  in the early 2000’s,  Drake & Josh followed the lives of two teenage stepbrothers, Drake Parker (Drake Bell) and Josh Nichols (Josh Peck), with clashing personalities. Watch as the boys try to navigate through high school and adjust to their new lives living together while finding themselves in hilarious and unpredictable adventures.

According to Entertainment Weekly during the iHeart Radio Music Awards, Drake Bell was teasing with the reboot:

We’re working on something. I’m excited. I think we have a great idea.

The news of the Drake & Josh reboot was first reported by PEOPLE. According to the news source, the duo are in talks with multiple networks. Bell also mentioned that the reboot will be more adult and really funny.

Bell continued to say:

“[The show] is going to be way more creative, way cooler than just you know the college years or something like that, we knew that if we were ever going to come back, it’s got to be something cool. I’m excited to see what the fans think.

In 2017, the two actors did have a falling out when Bell was not invited to Peck’s wedding; however, the co-star’s have since made up and are eager to work together once again.

There still is not a lot of information out on the Drake & Josh reboot and it is uncertain if Miranda Cosgrove- who played Meghan Parker, the pairs mischievous little sister- will be returning to revise her role.
