Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield, the next adventure in the Pokémon RPG universe has just been announced! In the games, you’ll get to explore a brand new region – the Galar region, which, according to Pokémon, “is filled with idyllic countryside and contemporary cities—vast plains and snow-covered mountains.”

In the game, you will get to choose one of three starter Pokémon, which were also announced today. They are Grookey, the chimp Pokémon, Scorbunny, the rabbit Pokémon, and Sobble, the water lizard Pokémon.

No official release date has been announced, only that they will be available in late 2019.
