Walt Disney World Resort has announced that their Disney Skyliner Gondolas are undergoing initial testing. The gondolas are a part of Disney Skyliner, a new state-of-the-art system that will connect Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Epcot to four resort hotels: Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, Disney’s Pop Century Resort, and the proposed Disney’s Riviera Resort. Disney Skyliner is scheduled to open this fall.

The gondolas will be adorned with graphics based on Disney films, attractions, and characters. Some of these themes include “Coco,” The Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean, “Frozen,” and more.

Stay tuned to the Disney Parks Blog to keep up to date on these developments! In the meantime, check out this video to learn more about the Disney Skyliner project.
