Since we’re at the end of 2018, we had a poll where our readers voted for their favorites of 2018 – between movies, television, albums, podcasts and more, readers voted on each category (or wrote in their favorites)! We received hundreds of votes, and compiled them into our readers favorite 5 albums of 2018!

5. “A Star Is Born” Soundtrack

A Star Is Born starts off our readers favorite albums of 2018. This is the only soundtrack on the list, but it’s easy to see why. The film captivated audiences, and a big part of it was the incredible music that accompanied it.

4. Twenty One Pilots – “Trench”

Trench was the first album from Twenty One Pilots since 2015. This album really showed the growth of the band and included some amazing songs, that will want to make you keep this album on repeat.

3. Briana Buckmaster – “Begin”

Buckmaster’s debut album was one of our highly-anticipated albums of 2018 and it did not disappoint. Between the covers and original songs, the album truly showed how much of a talent Buckmaster is.

2. Panic! At The Disco – “Pray for the Wicked”

Panic! At The Disco reaches #2 on our readers list of top albums of the year. The catchy songs and lyrics really made this album stand out!

1. Louden Swain – “Splitting The Seams”

Louden Swain’s new acoustic album, Splitting The Seams, tops our readers list for top albums of 2018. We have to agree – the album is our favorite of the year as well. The genius arrangements and musicality of the new songs really breathe new life into already-loved tunes.
