Supernatural’s Richard Speight Jr. Wins Best Director

As you may recall from our earlier article, Richard Speight Jr. was nominated for Best Director by Canadagraphs Awards. Today they announced on their Twitter page that Richard won!

Richard was nominated for the Supernatural episode, “Stuck In The Middle With You,” and beat out fellow Supernatural director Robert Singer, as well as directors from This Is Us, The Good Doctor, Game of Thrones, and more! You can see the post announcing his win on the Canadagraph website here!

Supernatural has already won a few other awards through Canadagraph, including Best Episode for “Regarding Dean“, Best Writing, and Best Stunts!

All of us at Nerds and Beyond are huge fans of everything Richard Speight Jr, and we’re so happy he won this well-deserved award. Congratulations, Rich!
