Disney World recently has been making a lot of additions to its parks in recent years, including the new Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom and The World of Avatar in Animal Kingdom, and has replaced Downtown Disney with Disney Springs. The newest addition to Disney World, is Toy Story Land, located in Hollywood Studios. This new part of the park opens this summer, June 30th.

Toy Story Land is inspired by the popular Toy Story movie franchise and its fan-favorite characters. Disney’s official website describes Toy Story Land as a place where visitors stroll through Andy’s backyard, surrounded by board games and building blocks, which appear to be giant, because visitors have shrunk down to the size of a toy with characters like Woody and Buzz Lightyear.

This new addition will include two rides: Slinky Dog Dash, where passengers ride in coils of Slinky and are transported all over Andy’s backyard, and Alien Swirling Saucers, inspired by the green aliens Andy won at PIzza Planet. Toy Story Land will also have a quick service dining option for guests called Woody’s Lunch Box. No menu is currently available, but Disney’s website lists the cuisine type as “classic American fare.”

Toy Story Land will be located in the back of the park, behind the Pixar Place portion of Hollywood Studios. Pixar Place is home to Toy Story Midway Mania, which the only current Toy Story-themed ride or dining option in the park.

Disney is also currently working on a Star Wars Land called Star Wars: A Galaxy’s Edge, which will be in Hollywood Studios, but no official release date has been announced for that.
