Major Supernatural casting news dropped today on Twitter courtesy of actor Chad Rook!
Rook announced via a tweet that he will be returning to the long-running science fiction series as the alternate universe’s Zachariah.
Zachariah was previously portrayed by veteran actor Kurt Fuller (Ghostbusters 2, Kings of Con, Psych) and was killed in the season five episode “Point of No Return.”
Rook is no stranger to the Supernatural universe, having played two different characters previously, Marshall Todd in the season six episode “Mommy Dearest” and Desmond in the season eight episode “Citizen Fang.”
Chad has also had roles in Timeless, Siren, The Flash and more.
He will be back as Zachariah in the very next episode, “Good Intentions,” premiering March 1st on the CW at 8/7c.
