The Polite Pig will be officially opening today at Disney Springs! The restaurant will have it’s grand opening at 11 a.m.
The Polite Pig features barbecue food and sides such as a tomato and watermelon salad, mac and cheese and smoked corn with lime butter. There’s also craft beer and cocktails.
