This is a big week for Louden Swain fans! Today is the day of their CD release show in Los Angeles, and their new album, No Time Like The Present is set to be released on January 13.
The band announced that you can watch their CD release show LIVE today; Sat, Jan 7 at 8:30pm PST for free via the Louden Swain Tumblr page. Every song from the new album will be performed during the event. For the last couple of months, they have been sharing different songs from the new album, and we are not disappointed (in fact it may be our favorite Louden Swain album to date).
The band’s traditional indie rock style is intact, but there is a new vibe to this album. They have discussed using a more free-form and spontaneous approach in recording this album, which resulted in a gritty eclectic mix of songs.
