Disney Announces New Characters from “Moana”

Disney has released images of new characters for it’s upcoming animated feature, Moana! We’ve previously known about Moana (voiced by Auli’i Cravalho) and Maui (voiced by Dwayne Johnson), but now, Disney has released information on more characters and who will voice them!

Moana‘s father, Chief Tui, will be voiced by Tempera Morrison with Nicole Scherzinger voicing Moana‘s mother, Sina. Moana’s Grandmother, Gramma Tala, will be voiced by Rachel House. Jemaine Clement will provide the voice of Tamatoa, a crab, and Alan Tudyk will voice Heihei, a rooster. Disney also revealed Pua, Moana’s pet pig and The Kakamora, an “intense team of crazy, coconut-armored pirates.”
